We offer a complete menu of services including lash extensions, lash lifts, lash and brow tints, brow laminations, threading and more.     WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Prosper and McKinney Locations Hiring
    We’re looking for confident, outgoing people who love talking to guests and closing the deal. We're looking for a friendly, organized and confident Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our lash salon!

    • Enjoys talking on the phone
    • Is naturally personable and persuasive

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:
    • Answer incoming calls and convert inquiries into bookings
    • Follow up on leads quickly and confidently
    • Sell memberships and retail
    • Create an exceptional first impression for every guest 
    PAY:
    • Hourly base + commission + bonuses
    • Typical earnings: $13–$16/hr
    • Top performers can earn more!
    REQUIRED SKILLS:
    • Previous work experience in Front Desk, Sales or Retail, preferably in spa/salon/fitness/hotels/service industry 
    • Great with people and enjoys interacting with customers
    • Exceptional customer service skills (in-person and over the phone)
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Can work weekends and evenings
    • Has a flexible schedule to pick up shifts as needed
