Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills

  • Team-oriented with willingness to learn and grow
  • Customer service, medical office, or front desk experience is helpful but not required.

Job Duties May Include:

  • Enter and update patient information accurately within the EHR system
  • Handle payments, check-out processes, and insurance-related documentation
