Front Desk & Member Services Coordinator
$23/hour | Lakeland, FL
Full-Time | Tuesday - Saturday
Are you outgoing, friendly, and love meeting new people? We're looking for a polished and energetic Front Desk & Member Services Coordinator to be the face of our organization. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in hospitality, golf clubs, beverage cart service, restaurants, retail, or customer service who enjoys creating memorable experiences and building relationships.

What You'll Do
- Be the first friendly face members and guests see when they arrive
- Answer phones, assist visitors, and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage reservations, inquiries, and special requests
- Coordinate dining reservations and member services
- Assist with events and special activities
- Support office operations, data entry, and administrative projects
- Help with invoice processing, payment posting, and other accounting-related tasks
- Keep the front desk organized, professional, and welcoming
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, golf clubs, restaurants, retail, or front desk environments
- Comfortable interacting with members, guests, and executives
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Microsoft Office experience (Outlook and Excel)
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
