Key Responsibilities of the Front Desk Administrator



  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests, members, and visitors, delivering a welcoming and professional experience as the Front Desk Administrator

  • Manage incoming calls, reservations, inquiries, and special requests as the Front Desk Administrator

  • Coordinate dining reservations and assist with member services and hospitality needs as the Front Desk Administrator

  • Provide administrative support including data entry, mail distribution, record maintenance, and office coordination as the Front Desk Administrator

  • Assist with accounts payable processes, invoice entry, payment posting, receipt reconciliation, and financial recordkeeping as the Front Desk Administrator

  • Support events, departmental initiatives, and day-to-day operational activities as the Front Desk Administrator



Qualifications for the Front Desk Administrator



  • 2+ years of administrative, receptionist, customer service, hospitality, or related experience

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook and Excel

  • Experience interacting with customers, guests, or members in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities

  • Professional demeanor with a strong customer-service mindset
