Front Desk/Human Resources Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Answer and route incoming calls; provide general company information
- Greet visitors, vendors, applicants, and customers professionally
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office supply inventory
- Maintain an organized front desk, lobby, and mailroom
- Assist with travel arrangements and Accounts Receivable invoicing
- Provide general administrative and project support
HR Support:
- Update employee data (new hires/terminations) across HRIS, ERP, and timekeeping systems
- Track recruiting activity and maintain records
- Assist with onboarding (orientation, paperwork, benefits enrollment)
- Support employee terminations in company and benefits systems
- Assist HR Manager with projects and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative, receptionist, or HR support experience
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Professional, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
Job Details:
- Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 7am-5pm
- Employment Type: Contract to hire
- Compensation: $21-25/hr.
