Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and customer-service-oriented Front Desk Security Officer to work part-time on weekends. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a front desk or similar role, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to provide a welcoming and secure environment for our clients.
Schedule:
Saturday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
Sunday: 7:00 AM- 7:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist all visitors, residents, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized individuals are permitted entry.
Operate and monitor security systems, including access control, surveillance cameras, and alarm systems.
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Provide information and assistance to individuals as needed.
Maintain accurate logs and records of all visitor entries, incidents, and activities.
Enforce property rules and regulations.
Respond to and report any security-related incidents or emergencies promptly and effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Assist with other security-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a front desk, customer service, or security-related role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Ability to remain calm and composed in potentially stressful situations.
Basic computer skills.
Must be reliable and punctual.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
