Position Summary
We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Office Coordinator / Patient Scheduling Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish and possesses excellent communication and customer service skills. This role serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
Request, collect, and track required patient paperwork and documentation.
Contact patients to confirm upcoming appointments and provide necessary instructions.
Maintain accurate scheduling records and patient information.
Respond to patient inquiries and assist with general administrative support.
Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff to ensure a positive patient experience.
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Previous experience in a medical office, front desk, customer service, or administrative role preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable using phone systems, scheduling software, and standard office technology.
Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to customer service.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
