Responsibilities:- Greet and check in clients, creating a welcoming and luxurious first impression
- Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and confirmations using medspa software
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
- Process payments, manage client accounts, and handle point-of-sale transactions
- Coordinate with medical and aesthetic staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Promote medspa services, packages, and retail products to clients
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and reception area
Requirements:- 1+ years of front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in a medspa, salon, wellness, or healthcare setting is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude
- Proficiency with scheduling software, POS systems, and basic computer skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury wellness brand
