Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities Available
Pay Range: $11 – $14 per hour, depending on shift and additional tasks assigned


Job Summary:


Genesis Health Clubs is hiring Front Desk Associates to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure smooth day-to-day club operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for members and guests, creating a positive and professional experience every time they visit.


Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in members & guests with a welcoming attitude
  
  
• Answer phones, manage guest passes, and assist with member inquiries
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and stay informed about club amenities
  
  
• Support member retention efforts and contribute to overall club success
  
  
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow company procedures
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
  
  
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
  
  
• CPR certification (or willing to obtain within 60 days)
  
  
• Experience with cash handling and customer service preferred
  
  
• Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
