Scenthound is expanding fast, and we need a high-energy, goal-oriented Front Desk/Membership Sales Associate to join our South Tampa team! If you are a dog lover with a talent for sales and a passion for wellness, we want to talk to you today!
Scenthound is a dog wellness and grooming concept, our goal is to keep dogs clean and healthy so they can live a longer, happier life. We are in growth mode and hiring!

- A goal-oriented team member who has a drive for sales and growth
- Someone confident in selling memberships and recommending services to dog parents
- A highly motivated and focused individual ready to meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales goals
- Someone with the ability to connect with customers (both canine and human)
About the Position:
The Front Desk/Sales Associate focuses on providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on sales. Confidence in selling monthly memberships and recommending dog services is a must. Tasks:
- Be the friendly face of Scenthound: welcoming dog parents, checking in dogs, answering phones, and booking appointments
- Educate customers, sell memberships, and recommend services (measured by weekly/monthly goals)
- Daily follow up of sales leads, manage pipeline, and convert inquiries into loyal customers
- Educate consumers on retail products available for sale
- Update client and dog records
This position requires:
- Sales experience - memberships sales is preferred (comfortable with sales goals)
- Customer service experience (pet and retail is preferred)
- Passion for health and wellness is a bonus
- Computer/ Technology proficiency (Word and Excel)
- Availability Monday through Saturday 8am-6pm (no evening or Sunday shifts)
