The Front Desk Administrative Assistant role is with a growing coworking company providing flexible workspace solutions, furnished offices, and business support services.
Primary duties include receptionist tasks such as handling calls and mail, assisting the General Manager with daily center management, supporting sales tours, recording billing activities, upselling services, and managing office equipment and processes.
Ideal candidates are bilingual (English and Spanish), with at least 2 years of office experience, a positive attitude, high energy, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills. Sales experience is a plus.
The position offers a competitive hourly rate ($20-$22), PTO, coaching, training, benefits (including health, dental, vision, 401(k)), flexible schedule, and bonus opportunities. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM, with an 8-hour shift.
