We are seeking a Fraud Specialist to support fraud management operations for Client. The ideal candidate will investigate suspicious activities, verify customer identities, review documents, and help prevent fraud and identity theft.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate suspected fraud and suspicious customer activity.
- Verify customer identities and review documents for authentication.
- Handle inbound calls from customers and fraud victims.
- Analyze information, identify fraud trends, and recommend solutions.
- Respond to fraud escalations and follow company policies.
- Communicate with team members using Slack and other tools.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in fraud, customer service, or a call center.
- Experience using Windows-based computer systems and multiple applications.
- Excellent English communication, listening, typing, and phone skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
