Location: Norwell, MA (2 days/week in office)
Schedule: Approximately 16 hours per week
Par Rate: $100-$120/hour

CFS has partnered with a growing construction company is seeking an experienced Fractional CFO Consultant to provide strategic financial leadership and support business growth. This role will partner with ownership and the accounting team to improve financial reporting, develop KPIs, analyze profitability, and provide actionable insights across multiple business divisions.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and improve financial reporting processes.
• 
  
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• 
  
• Analyze divisional performance, costs, and profitability.
• 
  
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.
• 
  
• Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• 
  
• Provide financial guidance to leadership and management.
• 
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
• Senior-level finance leadership experience (CFO, VP Finance, or Finance Director).
• 
  
• Construction industry experience required.
• 
  
• Strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• 
  
• Previous consulting or fractional CFO experience preferred.
• 
  
• Excellent communication and business partnering skills.
