Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

We're looking for a strategic and collaborative Senior Manager, FP&A to join our Finance team and help drive financial performance, business planning, and strategic decision-making.

The Opportunity

Reporting to senior leadership, you'll lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow management while partnering with leaders across the business to deliver meaningful financial insights that support Bluum's continued growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Own and maintain Bluum's 13-week cash flow forecast.
• Develop and maintain detailed three-statement financial models.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and executive presentations.
• Partner with business leaders to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and forecasting accuracy.
• Mentor and develop the FP&A Senior Analyst.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive Finance, Accounting, or FP&A experience.
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Proven expertise building sophisticated three-statement financial models.
• Advanced Excel skills; NetSuite experience is an asset.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and management reporting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Leadership experience coaching or mentoring team members.
