Effective communication with the healthcare team regarding progress, concerns, questions, or issues is essential. The role includes performing both clinical and clerical tasks to assist with customer management throughout the clinic. Tasks may include standard rooming processes, giving immunizations, injections, and other medications as directed by the provider. Laboratory specimen collection may also be required as needed.
