Key Responsibilities for the FP&A Manager:


• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models tied to key revenue and operational drivers.
• Analyze budget-to-actual performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide financial analysis and decision support for growth initiatives and new programs.
• Partner with finance and operational leaders to improve reporting, dashboards, and business insights.
• Serve as a strategic financial partner to leadership and support executive-level presentations and planning.

Qualifications for the FP&A Manager:


• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, or strategic finance.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business analysis.
• Experience with ERP/budgeting tools such as Sage Intacct, Martus, or similar platforms preferred.
