Accounting & External Reporting Manager
Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 + 10% Target Bonus
Location: Fort Wayne, IN

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting & External Reporting Manager:
- Lead SEC reporting activities, including preparation and review of filing documentation.
- Manage stock-based compensation accounting, reporting, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and oversee financial statements, monthly reporting packages, and financial reporting schedules.
- Oversee general ledger activity, account reconciliations, and technical accounting matters.
- Manage lease accounting processes, disclosures, and compliance requirements.
- Partner with auditors, FP&A, and finance leadership while driving process improvements and strengthening internal controls.
Qualifications for the Accounting & External Reporting Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
- 7-10 years of accounting experience.
- SEC reporting experience required.
- CPA preferred and experience with Workiva and/or D365 is highly desirable.
