Key Responsibilities for the Finance Manager:

• 
  
• Partner with the CFO to help lead finance department operations and KPI reporting.
• 
  
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic reporting processes.
• 
  
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and analytics using Microsoft Power BI.
• 
  
• Analyze profitability, pricing, margins, costs, and customer performance trends.
• 
  
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting activities.
• 
  
• Strengthen financial controls, SOP documentation, audit support, and inventory valuation processes.

Qualifications for the Finance Manager:

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master's degree preferred. CPA or CMA is a plus.
• 
  
• 7-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• 
  
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI expertise.
• 
  
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, financial modeling, reporting, and month-end close experience.
