Forklift Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Forklift & Dock Operations: Safely operate forklifts and manage dock activities with extreme accuracy and attention to detail.

• General Labor & Warehouse Maintenance: Assist with various warehouse tasks, load/unload inventory, and keep your work area and equipment clean and organized.

• Customer Service & Teamwork: Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor when interacting with teammates, drivers, and clients.

• Autonomous Work: Execute daily assigned duties efficiently with minimal supervision once trained.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Forklift Certification: Must pass our client-specific Forklift Driver Exam (both theoretical and practical assessments).

• Driver's License: Active, valid driver’s license required.

• Language & Math Skills: Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English, with basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).

• Physical & Environmental Agility: Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. regularly and comfortably work in both indoor and outdoor warehouse environments across varying weather conditions.

• Reliability: Strict adherence to punctuality—arriving on time and ready to work at the start of every shift.

• Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work outside standard hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays based on business demand.

Safety & Quality Standards

• Safety First: Strict compliance with all OSHA regulations, client safety manuals, and required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).

• Quality Assurance: Commitment to maintaining high operational standards and following all documented quality procedures.
