ForgeRock IAM Developer with Java/Spring Boot

Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a ForgeRock IAM Developer with Java/Spring Boot for their Jersey City, NJ/Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain IAM applications using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
• Implement and customize ForgeRock Access Management (AM/OpenAM), Identity Management (IDM/OpenIDM), and Identity Gateway (IG) solutions.
• Configure and support authentication, authorization, federation, and SSO capabilities.
• Implement IAM protocols including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML 2.0, and JWT.
• Develop custom workflows, connectors, and integrations with enterprise applications.
• Support user provisioning, de-provisioning, identity lifecycle management, and access governance processes.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for IAM solutions.
• Deploy and manage ForgeRock components in cloud and containerized environments.
• Perform troubleshooting, code reviews, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.

• 6+ years of experience in Java development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ForgeRock IAM products.
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, federation, and identity governance concepts.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Preferred Certifications

• AWS/Azure Cloud Certifications
• Security Certifications (CISSP, Security+, etc.)
