Job Description
Jarrett Gordon Ford Lincoln is seeking an experienced, professional, and customer-focused Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager is responsible for guiding customers through the final stages of the vehicle purchase process, securing financing, presenting protection products, and ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and in compliance with dealership, lender, and regulatory requirements.
This position requires strong sales ability, attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to deliver an efficient and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an average PVR of $2,400 or better
- Present financing, lease options, extended service contracts, maintenance plans, GAP coverage, and other available protection products.
- Secure competitive financing through banks, credit unions, Ford Credit, and other lending partners.
- Accurately prepare and review all finance and purchase documentation.
- Ensure every transaction complies with federal, state, lender, manufacturer, and dealership requirements.
- Verify deal structure, customer information, approvals, stipulations, and funding requirements.
- Work closely with the sales management team to maximize profitability while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Maintain strong relationships with lending partners.
- Ensure contracts and supporting documents are completed accurately and submitted promptly for funding.
- Protect customer information and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Meet or exceed established department performance goals, including profitability and product penetration.
- Assist in resolving funding, contract, or documentation issues as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, ethics, and transparency in every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- Automotive dealership Finance/F&I
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of automotive financing and compliance preferred.
- Ability to maintain professionalism when handling confidential financial information.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work evenings, Saturdays, and dealership month-end schedules as required.
