Job Description
The Food Service Supervisor is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen and food service areas within King Street Brewing Company's taproom. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a team of cooks and service workers to deliver high-quality pub fare while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency. This role requires a "hands-on" leader who can manage peak-hour rushes, ensure NMS safety compliance, and provide an exceptional experience for brewery guests.

Weather: Indoors: environmentally controlled; requires most or all work to be done inside.
Noise level: Moderate to Loud.
Description of environment: This is a fast paced restaurant / brewery environment.
Physical requirements: Employee is required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Frequently to constantly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands/fingers to handle or feel, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk/hear, see, taste/smell, and carry weight/lift.
