Job Summary
Corpus Christi Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Food Service Manager to lead the daily operations of our dietary services department. The Food Service Manager is responsible for overseeing meal planning, food preparation, patient meal services, sanitation programs, inventory management, regulatory compliance, and departmental staff performance. This role plays a critical part in ensuring patients, visitors, and employees receive high-quality nutritional services that support recovery, healing, and overall satisfaction.
Working closely with clinical teams, including Registered Dietitians, Nursing, and hospital leadership, the Food Service Manager ensures dietary services meet physician orders, therapeutic diet requirements, and all applicable federal, state, and accreditation standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who is passionate about service excellence, patient experience, team development, and operational efficiency.
