The Opportunity

Oak Hill Country Club is one of the nation''s premier private clubs, known for world-class hospitality, championship golf, and a tradition of exceptional member experiences. We are looking for a Food Runner to join our Donald Ross Pub team and help deliver the elevated, attentive service that Oak Hill is known for.

As a Food Runner, you''ll play an important role in the dining experience-working closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure food reaches our members promptly, accurately, and beautifully presented. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in providing exceptional service.

Position Details

Status: Part-Time, Year-Round

Schedule: Minimum of 3 lunch or dinner shifts per week; additional availability is welcome

Compensation: $16.00/hour + pooled gratuity

What You''ll Do

• Deliver plated food promptly and accurately to members'' tables while following proper seat positions and service standards.
• Communicate dishes clearly and professionally when serving members.
• Ensure plates are properly presented, including appropriate side dishes, sauces, and clean plate rims.
• Keep kitchen service stations stocked, clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Assist with assembling and accurately labeling to-go orders.
• Support servers and server assistants throughout service, including clearing dishes, filling waters, and assisting with dining room setup.
• Keep food and service areas clean, safe, and free from clutter.
• Assist with stocking bread, soup, salad bar items, and other food products.
• Communicate member concerns or service issues to the manager on duty.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine desire to provide warm and attentive service.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, polished appearance and a positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
