Food Runner/ Dishwasher - Immediate Hire

We are looking to cover some PM shifts.
The Food Runner/ Dishwasher role involves assisting servers and bartenders, preparing orders accurately, maintaining a clean service area, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Join our team to learn valuable customer service skills and contribute to a fun and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist servers and bartenders with menu presentation and guest inquiries.
- Prepare condiments and sides for service.
- Ensure accurate and presentable orders from the kitchen.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs.
- Maintain cleanliness in service areas.
- Monitor kitchen times and relay information to the team.
- Stay knowledgeable about the menu and specials.
- Complete daily checklists and monitor supplies.
- Assist in room preparation and table setting
- Deliver orders and replenish dining room supplies
- Respond to guest requests and provide information about hotel services.
- Adhere to safety and security procedures.
- Support other departments as needed.
- Washes dishes and other cooking utensils at proper water temperatures and the proper use of the dish washer machine.
- Restocks all clean glasses, silverware and plates and maintaining adequate levels of clean tableware and kitchenware.
