Hotel Food & Beverage ManagerJob DescriptionThe F&B Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including but not limited to: - Overseeing daily operations
- Managing staff
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies
- Creating and implementing marketing strategies
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Managing finances and budgeting
- Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers
Requirements- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
