As F&B Manager, you'll lead our restaurant, bar, breakfast, meetings, events, and banqueting operations while creating a culture where colleagues feel engaged, empowered, and proud of what they do every day.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse F&B team
- Build a positive, high-performing workplace culture
- Recruit, develop, and retain top hospitality talent
- Drive guest satisfaction and service excellence
- Lead meetings, conferences, events, and banqueting operations
- Work closely with the Kitchen, Front Office, Sales, and Events teams
- Balance operational excellence with commercial success
- Be visible on the floor and lead by example
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in Hospitality
- Strong people management, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Experience managing meetings, events, conferences, and banqueting operations
- A hands-on and guest-focused leadership style
- Commercial awareness and strong organizational skills
- Fluent English (Dutch is a plus)
