    • Develop and maintain long-term capital plans, leveraging asset condition, risk, and lifecycle analysis to support investment decisions.
    • Audit preventive maintenance (PM) programs and evaluate maintenance quality to ensure compliance with client standards and operational objectives.
    • Utilize computerized maintenance management systems, including SI-7, to review documentation, validate asset data, and support reporting requirements.
    • Partner with facility teams, vendors, and engineering stakeholders to improve equipment reliability and operational performance.
    • Oversee asset lifecycle management for critical building systems, including chillers, cooling towers, fire pumps, and other mechanical infrastructure.
    • Conduct site assessments and travel to manufacturing locations to verify asset condition, maintenance effectiveness, and operational readiness.

    • Strong understanding of critical mechanical systems, including chillers, cooling towers, fire protection systems, pumps, and related infrastructure.
    • Knowledge of asset lifecycle management, capital planning, reliability programs, and maintenance best practices.
    • Experience conducting operational, maintenance, or compliance audits across multiple sites.
    • Ability to analyze equipment data, maintain accurate documentation, and support reporting and asset governance requirements.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across geographically dispersed teams and multiple time zones.
    • Proficiency with CMMS platforms and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
