Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the store according to schedule
- Serve as “Manager on Duty” when management is absent, directing team operations
- Handle merchandise receiving, cash register transactions, and daily cash reconciliation
- Resolve or report employee, customer, and product issues promptly
- Enforce safety policies and lead by example
