Fleet & Safety Rep

Position: Certified Safety Representative
Location: The Woodlands, TX (covering TX, LA, AR, MS)
Travel: Up to 50%
Reports To: Safety and Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across office and field operations

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and client-specific safety regulations

• Conduct site inspections, incident investigations, and safety audits

• Develop and deliver safety training programs

• Maintain OSHA and internal safety records

• Support safety compliance at multiple locations as needed

Qualifications:

• Associates/Bachelors in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent experience

• Minimum 3 years in construction or energy sector safety

• REQUIRED: Safety certification (ASP, CSP, CUSP, CSST, OHST, COSS) or OSHA 510/511

• Strong knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA, ANSI standards

• Valid drivers license; CPR/First Aid/AED certified preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
