Compensation and incentives

Typical duties
Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations
Perform flatbed load securement and freight protection, including tarping and the use of straps, chains, and binders (approximately 40–50% of loads require tarping)
Haul regional and OTR flatbed freight with typical runs up to 2,000–2,500 miles covering multiple states
Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs; conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and promptly report maintenance needs
Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments and maintain on‑time performance
Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch, customers, and team members
Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 1 year OTR driving experience and at least 6 months flatbed experience
Experience hauling steel and steel pipe is preferred
Demonstrated proficiency with straps, tarps, chains, and binders for load securement and tarping
