Graduation from high school or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma, two years college level work in business administration, urban transportation, planning, or related subject preferred; and two years mass transportation experience, supervisory experience preferred; or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
