Fixed Income Operations Analyst
Pay: $25.92/hr
Duration: 8+ Month Contract
Location: Baltimore, MD – Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Fixed Income Operations Analyst to support daily operations related to fixed income trading, underwriting, and securities settlement. This role involves trade processing, reconciliation, documentation, and risk management across products including securitized products, mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed securities, and Agency TBAs.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with reconciliations, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform trade checkout, position reconciliation, and wash account reconciliation.
Support trade capture, documentation, and settlement of fixed income transactions.
Partner with trading desks, sales, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely trade processing.
Identify operational risks and ensure internal controls are followed.
Investigate discrepancies, resolve issues, and escalate concerns to management and trading desks.
Cross-train with team members and support multiple operational areas.
Maintain accurate records and ensure procedures are completed within established deadlines.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
