Hiring now for a First Shift Warehouse Coach. Our First Shift Warehouse Coach will be working in Arlington, Texas Sunday - Wednesday - 05:00AM - 3:30PM. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

This is a cross-functional role; tasks include, but are not limited to:

Maintain positive relationship with RTR leadership
Provide tours for potential candidates
Conduct weekly orientation to new hires
Mobile and physically active for entirety of the shift.
Issue disciplinary actions when needed
Provide positive motivation to associates
Accountable for personal time and attendance
Communicate and cooperate with team members and leadership
Take on additional duties as assigned by leadership
Responsible for maintaining safety guidelines, cleanliness, and security standards
