Experienced construction project managers are encouraged to apply. Compensation is competitive and based on experience.Job ResponsibilitiesManage project schedules budgets and profitabilityCoordinate with customers general contractors and field teamsReview construction documents and develop sprinkler system designsPerform hydraulic calculations and material takeoffsLead project planning manpower forecasting and field coordinationManage project financials billing and change ordersEnsure projects meet quality safety and code requirementsBuild strong relationships with customers and project partnersWhat Youll Work OnIndustrial and manufacturing facilitiesMilitary installationsHigh-hazard warehousesHealthcare and commercial buildingsEducational facilitiesGovernment projectsMission critical projects Local Community projectsJob QualificationsDegree in Engineering Construction Management or related technical field is preferred but is not required.
