Fire Alarm Project Manager II (HYBRID)

Responsibilities: of the Project Manager II: • Manage fire alarm and life safety projects from award through completion. • Oversee schedules, budgets, procurement, and project milestones. • Coordinate customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. • Monitor project performance, costs, risks, and scope changes. • Maintain project documentation, reporting, and customer communication. • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Qualifications: of the Project Manager II: • 5+ years of project management experience in fire alarm, life safety, security, or building automation environments. • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and customer relationships. • Strong knowledge of project delivery, cost control, and subcontractor coordination. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Valid driver's license required. • Degree, trade school certification, equivalent experience, or relevant certifications preferred.
