SAGE Hospitality Partners is hiring a Restaurant Manager on behalf of a nationally recognized fine dining brand in Orlando, FL with a competitive salary of $70,000 to $80,000 per year. We’re seeking a refined, service-driven leader with a strong presence, impeccable attention to detail, and a passion for delivering elevated guest experiences.
Position Overview:
The Restaurant Manager will oversee front-of-house operations in a high-end, full-service dining environment, ensuring every guest encounter reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a polished, fast-paced setting and takes pride in guiding a team to consistently deliver five-star hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise all FOH service during shifts to ensure flawless execution and exceptional guest experiences
Train, develop, and inspire front-of-house team members in fine dining service, table-side etiquette, and hospitality standards
Maintain a strong floor presence and lead service with confidence, warmth, and polish
Partner with culinary leadership to ensure seamless communication and coordination during service
Manage guest interactions, including VIP experiences, special requests, and service recovery
Monitor labor, schedules, and FOH operating procedures to drive efficiency and maintain brand standards
Support ongoing training initiatives and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team
Qualifications:
3–5 years of restaurant management experience in a fine dining or upscale setting
Proven ability to lead service with grace, attentiveness, and professionalism
Deep understanding of high-end service standards, wine and beverage knowledge a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
Experience in a nationally recognized or multi-unit fine dining brand preferred
A guest-first mentality and passion for hospitality excellence
