This position is a front-line, member-facing role responsible for processing daily financial transactions, assessing member needs, and providing consultative recommendations on financial products. It also plays a key role in delivering a seamless onboarding and overall membership experience while supporting the credit union's mission, vision, and service standards. The role requires a high level of integrity, adherence to regulatory requirements, and a strong commitment to exceptional member service.
