Financial Service Representative

What You'll Do:
Assist customers with opening and maintaining personal and business bank accounts
Handle teller transactions, loan payments, and general account inquiries
Recommend relevant banking products and services to meet customer needs
Ensure accuracy and compliance with bank policies and federal regulations
Support daily branch operations including balancing, reporting, and customer support
Serve as a notary (if certified) and manage safe deposit box services
What Were Looking For:
Experience in banking or customer service is a strong plus
Solid understanding of financial products and services
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Friendly, professional communication style and strong customer focus
Ability to multitask and collaborate in a fast-paced branch setting
