    Financial Reporting Manager


    Salary: up to 155K + Bonus

    Key Responsibilities for the Financial Reporting Manager:



    • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across multiple entities

    • Research and document technical accounting issues, including CECL, revenue recognition, leases, and consolidations

    • Manage audit preparation, auditor relationships, and year-end financial statement support

    • Oversee lender, grantor, and covenant compliance reporting requirements

    • Calculate and document CECL reserves and maintain supporting methodologies

    • Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and reporting processes


    Qualifications for the Financial Reporting Manager:



    • Active CPA license required

    • 6+ years of progressive accounting experience

    • Public accounting experience or Non-Profit experience required

    • Strong technical US GAAP knowledge
