• Education/Training: High School diploma or equivalent; completion of Patient Financial Services Orientation program and annual educational requirements.
• Licensure/Certification: None required.
• Experience:
• • Minimum of 2 years in a financial, business office, or customer service environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and typing skills.
  • At least 1 year of PC/Windows experience.
