Position Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst with strong accounting and reconciliation experience to support financial reporting, promotional claims reconciliation, and payment analytics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP R/3, advanced Excel capabilities, and the ability to analyze financial data to provide actionable business insights.

Roles Responsibilities
" Analyze actual operating results, interpret financial data, and present findings to management.
" Respond to budget and financial reporting requests from stakeholders.
" Reconcile promotional claims and POS (Point of Sale) activity.
" Investigate and resolve payment reconciliation discrepancies arising from audits, exception reports, or remittance changes.
" Generate reports to validate payments and resolve financial variances.
" Reconcile carrier commissions against in-store reporting to ensure accurate and timely payments.
" Deliver financial reporting, analytics, and spending insights to business stakeholders.
" Build spreadsheets, reports, charts, and financial models to support decision-making.
" Analyze business and financial trends to forecast revenues, expenses, and operational performance.

Skills
" Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
" 5 to 7 years of financial analysis and/or accounting experience.
" Strong accounting and reconciliation background.
" Hands-on experience with SAP R/3 or similar ERP systems.
" Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting, reconciliations).
" Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
" Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

" Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
