Our client, a Energy Services company, is looking for a Financial Analyst for their Orange, CT location.

- Provide first-level support to suppliers (invoices, payments, queries).
- Handle basic issue resolution (level 1–2) in SAP Business Network and invoicing.
- Support MDG activities (vendor data creation/updates).
- Assist internal teams and suppliers during training sessions.
- Track, document, and follow up on requests and issues.
- Escalate complex cases to relevant teams.
- Ensure timely responses and maintain service levels.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills (suppliers and internal teams).
- Ability to manage multiple requests and work
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset
- Knowledge or Experience of ARIBA would be a PLUS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business
