Job Title: Financial Analyst
Position Summary:
The Financial Analyst supports financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis processes. This role partners with cross-functional teams to provide insights that support business decisions and drive performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
Analyze financial results and explain variances against budget and forecast
Support budgeting and forecasting through financial modeling and data analysis
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics
Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations
Support month-end close activities and improve reporting processes
Prepare presentations and materials for leadership review
Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
Experience with financial systems or data tools preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
