    Description

    This Financial Analyst position supports Whole Foods Market"s Indirect Accounts Payable function and the Coupa application. The role is responsible for indirect invoice processing, exception handling, and day-to-day Coupa support across Coupa, PeopleSoft, and Workday.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Process indirect invoices across Coupa or Workday
    • Coordinate and perform quality review (QA) of offshore team output
    • Provide Coupa application support to WFM team members and suppliers
    • Build and maintain supplier and business-partner relationships
    • Leverage approved AI applications to automate processes where possible and analyze AP-related data
    • Prepare and maintain standard operating documentation (SOPs) for all tasks
    • Cross-train on and support month-end Coupa accruals and related reconciliations
    • Conduct software/UAT testing for Coupa and payment processes in lower test environments as needed and communicate effectively with product and tech business partners
    • Proactively troubleshoot complex invoice and Coupa issues, taking ownership from identification through resolution
    • Support all functions of the team and perform other related duties as assigned
