Role: Senior Financial Analyst 
Setting: Hybrid (3 office/ 2 home)
Location: Scottsdale, AZ 85258
Hours: Full time
Pay: $40 - $57/hour ($85K - $120K dependent on qualifications) 

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Financial Analyst III to join its Accountable Care Organization (ACO) finance team. This role blends FP&A, financial reporting, and hands-on accounting while partnering closely with finance and operational leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare finance and FP&A experience, can contribute quickly, and has the potential to grow into a Finance Manager-level role.

What You’ll Do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
• Build financial models and perform variance and profitability analysis
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and executive financial reporting
• Analyze financial trends and provide actionable recommendations
• Support P&L management and strategic decision-making
• Assist with accruals, reconciliations, AP, and month-end close
• Partner closely with finance and operational leadership
• Improve financial processes, reporting, and data accuracy

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7–10 years of progressive finance/accounting experience
• Healthcare finance experience required
• Strong FP&A experience in budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and reporting
• Experience with accruals, reconciliations, AP, and month-end close
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities

Preferred

• CPA or CFA
• 2–3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Hospital, health system, clinic, or provider organization experience
