Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is conducting a search for a Financial Analyst II with a dynamic, multi-location entertainment and real estate organization. This position is ideal for someone looking to move beyond traditional reporting and take on a highly visible role focused on budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic decision support. You'll work closely with leadership, gain exposure to key business initiatives, and help drive performance across a complex operational environment. 5 days in office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis and decision support.

  • Prepare monthly reporting packages, variance analyses, and management reports.

  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.

  • Analyze performance across multiple locations and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Perform full P&L analysis, including both revenue and expense drivers.

  • Maintain and enhance dashboards, reporting tools, and financial models.

  • Deliver ad hoc analysis and actionable business insights.

  • Recommend and implement process improvements to increase reporting efficiency.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, accounting, operations, and leadership teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or related finance functions.

  • Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, dashboard maintenance, and ad hoc analysis.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.

  • Ability to analyze operational performance and translate findings into business recommendations.

  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior leadership.

  • Experience within entertainment, cinema, real estate, hospitality, or other multi-location businesses is a plus but not required.

  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities.
