We are continually pushing each other to improve our solutions and are in search of a Project Finance Coordinator to ensure the smooth running of our finances related to clinical training and engagement meetings.

About the Project Finance Coordinator

Working alongside our Account Managers, Project Managers, Associate Project Managers in addition to internal finance teams and contract analysts – the Project Finance Coordinator ensures the finances associated to our clinical training and engagement meetings are seamless from start to completion.   
We’ll look to this role for their broad finance management expertise in addition to strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
Demonstrable experience of forecasting and facilitating revenue recognition in accounting systems. 
Ability to analyze while providing accurate and relevant data and diligent in following up to resolve queries.
Proactive and operates with a sense of urgency; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities.
Understands complex organizational structure and who to go to for information and how to get it efficiently.
This position is office-based with frequent virtual meetings and collaboration with a globally-distributed team at IQVIA and with our clients and healthcare professionals. 
 

Requirements:
-5+ Years in Corporate Finance Support.

-Experience and knowledge of SalesForce, Peoplesoft and Smartsheet platforms.

-Minimum Associates Degree

The potential base pay range for this role is $80 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
