Development & Sustainment Finance Manager - F-35 EOTS/DAS

You will be the Development & Sustainment Finance Manager for the F-35 EOTS/DAS Program Finance & Business Operations team. Our team is responsible for business management, program execution, and the financial stewardship of a multi-hundred-million-dollar portfolio spanning development, performance-based logistics (PBL), and sustainment.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Development & Sustainment Finance Manager, you will lead program finance across our development, PBL, and sustainment contracts and serve as the team''s subject-matter expert on Earned Value and DFARS EVM. You will manage a team of finance analysts, guide them through the monthly business rhythm and CEAC/EAC cycles, and be the go-to authority for our DFARS-reportable development work.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing a team of finance analysts across development, PBL, and sustainment activities, including contracts with DFARS EVM reporting requirements.
• Serving as the program''s subject-matter expert on Earned Value / DFARS EVM, providing guidance and policy interpretation to the program and coordinating with Central Finance EVM SMEs.
• Providing guidance and training on EVM tool implementation, and cross-training analysts to build coverage and continuity across the portfolio.
• Leading the development and review of DFARS EVM deliverables and other cost, funding, and reporting requirements across development, PBL/MRA, and sustainment & repairs.
• Owning the estimate-at-completion (EAC) and Contract Status Review process for your portfolio, including inputs to the annual CEAC exercise.
• Driving process improvement and standardization across the program, with a focus on Earned Value, DFARS EVM, and consistent reporting practices.
• Partnering with program management, business operations, and functional leaders to inform business growth and investment decisions.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience in program finance, cost management, or business operations, including Earned Value Management.
• Working knowledge of DFARS EVM reporting requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership, or the ability to lead and develop a team of analysts.
• Must be able to support team members onsite 2 days a week.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Desired Skills

• Direct experience as an EVM subject-matter expert on DFARS-reportable contracts.
• Experience across development, sustainment/PBL, and/or production finance.
• Familiarity with EAC/CEAC processes and cost reporting tools.
• People-leadership experience, including talent development and cross-training.
• Prior experience supporting F-35 or similar DoD programs.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $109700.00 - $203700.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
