Finance Manager – Coinvest | Boston, MA | $130K–$150K Base + Bonus | Hybrid
A leading alternative investment firm is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee accounting, operations, and reporting for a portfolio of complex investment partnerships.This is an opportunity to join a collaborative finance team with exposure to multiple investment strategies, senior stakeholders, and complex partnership structures.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee accounting and financial reporting for investment partnerships.
Manage capital calls, distributions, cash management, reconciliations, and related operational processes.
Analyze complex investment transactions and partnership allocations.
Coordinate investor reporting and annual tax deliverables.
Partner with internal teams and external advisors on accounting and operational matters.
Drive process improvements through automation, technology, and AI-enabled tools.
Mentor junior team members and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

6–8 years of accounting experience in private equity, alternative investments, asset management, or financial services.
Strong knowledge of partnership accounting, allocations, and investment operations.
Experience mentoring or managing team members.
Advanced Excel skills.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
